Terminal & account access
Signing in to the MyFundedCapital Dashboard and Terminal, verification and troubleshooting.
Which rules apply to my account?
Use the terms for your purchased program and account stage. Add-ons and older account versions may differ. Compare your dashboard with your accepted agreement; if they disagree, ask support before relying on a general example.

Platforms & sign-in
I had a MatchTrader, DXtrade or cTrader account. Where is it now?
The old platforms are shut down. On 16 October 2026 every active MatchTrader, DXtrade and cTrader account moved to MyFundedCapital Terminal with its balance and phase. Old MatchTrader, DXtrade and cTrader logins and password links no longer work.
To trade your account:
- Sign in to the MyFundedCapital Dashboard at one.myfundedcapital.com with the same email as before (email code or Google).
- Open Challenges. The first time, choose Set terminal password on your account. If you forgot it, open the ⋯ menu on the account and choose Forgot terminal password?.
- Choose Open terminal and sign in with the Terminal login shown in Challenges (it starts with “mfc”) and your terminal password.
Your Dashboard sign-in and your terminal password are separate. If an account is missing, do not buy another challenge: contact support with your purchase email and your old account number. Never send a password or a one-time code.

Sign in to the MyFundedCapital Dashboard at one.myfundedcapital.com with the email connected to your account, using the one-time email code or Google. Never share a password or sign-in code.
In the Dashboard, open Challenges and choose Open terminal on the account. The Terminal login belongs to that account (it starts with “mfc”) and has its own terminal password:
- First time: choose Set terminal password.
- Forgot it: open the ⋯ menu on the account and choose Forgot terminal password?.
Old MatchTrader, DXtrade and cTrader logins and recovery links no longer work. If the account is missing or an error persists, contact support through the official site with the account number, the purchase email, the exact error, the time and time zone, and a screenshot with credentials hidden. Do not buy another challenge to regain access.

Check the payment status and order confirmation using the email address you used at checkout. Look in spam/junk for the activation email, then sign in to the official trader dashboard. A bank debit or payment screenshot alone does not confirm that the order is paid and the account is ready.
If access is still missing, contact support with the order reference, purchase time and time zone, program, platform and the payment status shown. Mask unrelated payment information. Do not pay a second time just to retry activation; ask support to check the existing order first.
Link to this answer ↗Why does my Dashboard password not work in the Terminal?
Your Dashboard and the Terminal use different sign-ins. Sign in to the MyFundedCapital Dashboard with Google, your email and password, or a one-time code. In the Terminal, use the account-specific login shown in the Dashboard and the Terminal password from the account email or setup process. If you have more than one account, make sure you opened the intended one. Never share your password or one-time code, or ask another person to sign in for you.
Link to this answer ↗Can I trade from a phone or another computer?
The MyFundedCapital Terminal runs in your browser on desktop and mobile; no download is needed. Keep control of your credentials and sign out on shared devices. Ask support before trading through a VPS or remote desktop, so it does not conflict with your account terms.

What can I trade, and where do I check costs and trading hours?
On 1-Step, 2-Step and Instant Funded accounts you trade these instruments in the MyFundedCapital Terminal:
- Forex: EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, NZDUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, USDCAD, EURJPY, GBPJPY, EURGBP, AUDJPY, EURAUD, GBPAUD, AUDCAD, GBPCAD, EURCAD, CADCHF, CADJPY, EURNZD, GBPCHF, CHFJPY, NZDJPY, NZDCAD, GBPNZD, AUDCHF, EURCHF, NZDCHF, AUDNZD, USDZAR, USDMXN, USDSEK, USDNOK, USDSGD and USDCNH
- Metals: gold (XAUUSD) and silver (XAGUSD)
- Crypto: Bitcoin, Ether and Solana (BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, SOLUSDT), plus 14 more pairs against USDT: XRPUSDT, BNBUSDT, DOGEUSDT, ADAUSDT, AVAXUSDT, LINKUSDT, DOTUSDT, LTCUSDT, BCHUSDT, TRXUSDT, POLUSDT, NEARUSDT, UNIUSDT and ATOMUSDT
- Indices: US100 (US Tech 100), US500 (US 500) and US30 (US 30)
- Oil: WTI (US Oil) and BRENT (UK Oil)
Indices and oil are priced from US ETFs scaled to the index or oil price (US100 from QQQ, US500 from SPY, US30 from DIA, WTI from USO, BRENT from BNO), so prices can differ slightly from the index or the oil future. They trade 04:00–20:00 New York time on US trading days: market orders from 09:30 to 16:00, limit orders only outside those hours. One index contract is the index level in US dollars and one oil lot is 100 barrels. Leverage is 1:20 for indices and 1:10 for oil, 1:5 for both on Instant Funded. Commission is 0.0075% of the trade value per side; no swap. Per order at most 5 US100, 20 US500, 3 US30 and 15 lots of WTI or BRENT. They are intraday only: new positions stop at 19:45 and open positions are closed automatically from 19:50 New York time, also with weekend holding.
Leverage is the lower of your program’s limit and the instrument’s own maximum: FX majors and crosses 1:100, USD exotics (USDZAR, USDMXN, USDSEK, USDNOK, USDSGD, USDCNH) 1:20, metals 1:50, BTC and ETH 1:20, SOL, XRP, BNB, DOGE, ADA, AVAX, LINK, LTC, BCH and TRX 1:10, DOT, POL, NEAR, UNI and ATOM 1:5. FX pairs follow the FX week (closed from Friday 5 PM to Sunday 5 PM New York time); crypto trades 24/7.
MFC Stocks accounts trade 1,500+ US stocks and ETFs, and Prediction Markets accounts trade event markets. Open an instrument’s details in the Terminal to see its contract size, leverage, commission, swap and trading hours before you trade.
If an order is rejected, note the symbol, the exact message and the time, and send them to support.
Link to this answer ↗How is profit and loss shown on pairs not quoted in US dollars?
Your account is in US dollars. On pairs quoted in another currency — USDJPY, EURJPY and GBPJPY (yen), USDCHF (Swiss franc), USDCAD (Canadian dollar) and EURGBP (pound) — the Terminal converts profit and loss, margin and your limits to US dollars at the live rate.
The conversion always uses the side of the rate that is not in your favour: a gain is converted at the lower value and rounded down, a loss at the higher value and rounded up. Commissions are charged in US dollars as before.
Example: a 5,000 JPY gain on EURJPY with USDJPY at 150.000 / 150.010 is 5,000 ÷ 150.010 = $33.33.
If no live conversion rate is available, the Terminal does not open or price the order until the rate is back. It never assumes a rate.
Link to this answer ↗What should I do if prices freeze or an order fails?
Record the symbol, exact error, order reference if available, time/time zone and whether the issue affects one instrument or the whole platform. Check your connection and official platform access. Do not repeatedly submit the same order without checking whether it was accepted. Contact support with a screenshot that hides credentials. A technical report is not an automatic adjustment or refund.
Link to this answer ↗Do I pay overnight financing (swap)?
Not at the moment. MyFundedCapital does not charge overnight financing (swap) on any account right now.
If that changes, we will announce it first, and it will apply only to accounts and challenge stages that start after the announcement.
Link to this answer ↗Why is my margin level such a large percentage?
Margin level is equity divided by used margin, × 100. A small position on a large account uses little margin, so a very high percentage is normal.

Where do I submit KYC documents or sign the agreement?
Identity verification (KYC) runs through Didit in your Dashboard and must be completed before a payout. Follow the verification and agreement steps shown there. Submit identity documents only through this verification flow, never in the support chat. Use your own accurate details and follow its document requirements.
If verification is pending, rejected or a secure link has expired, give support the status/error and a masked account reference. Support must review the actual case; a chatbot cannot approve KYC, change your legal identity or guarantee completion by a particular time.
Link to this answer ↗Should I deposit money into the trading account?
MFC evaluation and funded accounts are simulated accounts using real market quotes. MFC is not a broker and does not accept client deposits. A program fee pays for access to the service; it is not money deposited into a brokerage account. Eligible performance rewards are subject to the program rules and review. Paying a fee does not guarantee passing, profit or a payout.
Link to this answer ↗What information must I never share with support?
Never send your password, one-time code, full card details, private key or identity documents in chat. Use only the official dashboard and approved verification flow.
A request to reveal a password, one-time code or private key is a warning sign. Return to the official website/dashboard to contact support rather than following an unexpected payment or verification link.
