Getting started

What is MFC, and are the accounts simulated?

MFC evaluation and funded accounts are simulated accounts using real market quotes. MFC is not a broker and does not accept client deposits. A program fee pays for access to the service; it is not money deposited into a brokerage account. Eligible performance rewards are subject to the program rules and review. Paying a fee does not guarantee passing, profit or a payout.

Which program should I choose?

Instant Funding has no evaluation; 1-Step has one evaluation stage; 2-Step has two. Prediction Markets is a separate event-based product. Compare the entry fee, loss limits, evaluation targets, payout conditions and platform availability, not just the headline account size.

Start with the Instant Funding, 1-Step, Scale Up or Prediction Markets rules. No program guarantees a profit.

Are there any hidden rules or fees?

Check the full checkout total, selected add-ons and applicable terms before paying. Program fees are separate from any trading costs such as spreads, commissions or swaps described for your platform. Do not assume every fee is refundable or every promotion applies to every order.

The current calculator and checkout show the available configurations and price. If a discount does not change the total before payment, ask support rather than assuming a later refund.

Are there countries I cannot trade from?

Availability depends on the applicable country, residency and verification restrictions. If you are unsure whether you can purchase or use an account, ask support before paying. Being able to open the website or chat is not confirmation of eligibility. Do not use a VPN, another person’s details or an alternative address to bypass restrictions.

Account & purchase help

I paid but have not received my account. What next?

Check the payment status and order confirmation using the email address you used at checkout. Look in spam/junk for the activation email, then sign in to the official trader dashboard. A bank debit or payment screenshot alone does not confirm that the order is paid and the account is ready.

If access is still missing, contact support with the order reference, purchase time and time zone, program, platform and the payment status shown. Mask unrelated payment information. Do not pay a second time just to retry activation; ask support to check the existing order first.

Which rules apply to an older account or an add-on?

These explanations cover the current program. Your purchased program, stage, account version and selected add-ons matter. Before trading, compare the rules in your dashboard with your accepted agreement. If a value differs, ask support to reconcile it before relying on a general example.

Can I change my program, platform or add-ons after purchase?

Choose carefully before paying. Do not assume that a purchased account can be switched or upgraded. Send support the order reference and requested change so they can check your order’s terms and activation status. Prediction Markets add-ons are selected at purchase; a general marketing offer does not change an existing account automatically.

How do I report a duplicate payment or request a refund?

Contact support with both order/payment references, approximate payment times and the issue. Do not share full card numbers or account passwords. A request is not approval: refund eligibility depends on the applicable terms, account use and payment review. Do not make a further payment to “unlock” a refund.

How do I get useful help quickly?

Tell support whether the issue is payment, platform access, trading rules, KYC, payout or affiliate commission. Include the program, account stage and a masked order/account reference. For a trade issue include the ticket reference and time zone. You do not need to share private account data for a general rules question.

Never send your password, one-time code, full card details, private key or identity documents in chat. Use only the official dashboard and approved verification flow.

Common trading questions

What’s the max daily drawdown?

The daily limit depends on the program: 1-Step and 2-Step: 5% of the previous end-of-day closed balance; Instant Funding: 3% of that closed balance. Prediction Markets instead uses 3% of prior end-of-day equity. The reset is 5 PM ET, America/New_York.

What’s the max overall drawdown?
  • 1-Step: 10% trailing on highest closed balance; locks at the starting balance after +10% closed profit.
  • 2-Step: 10% static from the starting balance.
  • Instant Funding: initially 6% of starting balance; tightens to 5% after +5% profit.
  • Prediction Markets: 6% trailing on the equity high-water mark; no starting-balance lock.

The daily and maximum limits apply together. The tighter floor is the immediate constraint. Do not treat a drawdown percentage as a recommended position size. See your program page and dashboard for the applicable floor.

How frequently can I request a reward?
  • 1-Step funded: first eligible request 7 days after the first trade; subsequent requests every 7 days.
  • 2-Step funded: first eligible request 14 days after the first trade; subsequent requests every 14 days.
  • Instant Funding: first eligible request 14 days after the first trade; later requests weekly with a qualifying trade in the cycle.
  • Prediction Markets funded: initial eligibility after 7 days; subsequent requests every 7 days, subject to its separate payout conditions.

An eligibility interval is not a payment-processing guarantee. Older accounts and purchased add-ons may differ. Check the next eligible date and requirements in your dashboard before submitting.

What about news and weekend holding?

Check your program and purchased add-ons before placing a trade near news or holding over a weekend. Do not assume permission on one account applies to another. Instant Funding prohibits opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a major news event without its News Trading add-on, and weekend holding requires its Weekend Holding add-on.

Other programs have their own applicable terms. Check the event, affected instrument and time zone; ask support to clarify uncertain cases before trading. An add-on does not remove other risk or prohibited-strategy rules. Do not assume an add-on can be purchased later or applied retroactively.

Can I use trading bots?

EAs, automated strategies, copy traders and trade copiers are allowed when you own or are authorised to use the tool and retain exclusive control of every MFC account involved. You remain responsible for every order and all program rules.

Account sharing, third-party account management, platform or pricing exploitation, latency/feed arbitrage and coordinated trading intended to bypass limits remain prohibited. A copier does not make a prohibited strategy acceptable. Ask support for written confirmation before using an unclear setup.
