Accounts & payouts
Eligibility, payout requests and what happens after a breach.
Which rules apply to my account?
Use the terms for your purchased program and account stage. Add-ons and older account versions may differ. Compare your dashboard with your accepted agreement; if they disagree, ask support before relying on a general example.

Funded account basics
Can position limits apply to a funded account?
MFC reserves the right under the applicable terms to limit open positions, refuse orders and apply risk restrictions in response to market conditions. Check the account notices and program terms rather than assuming an unlimited position allowance. Your account remains simulated; a reference to market execution does not turn it into a live brokerage account.

Accounts use simulated trading with real market quotes. Execution can be affected by spreads, available liquidity, commissions, swaps and platform conditions. No general FAQ answer can guarantee a particular fill or zero slippage.
For a disputed execution, send support the instrument, trade reference, requested and executed prices, timestamp/time zone and masked account reference. The case must be checked against platform records.

After passing the required evaluation stage or stages, follow the agreement and verification instructions sent through the official email/dashboard flow. Funded access is issued after the applicable checks are completed; passing the target alone is not a promise of immediate activation.
If the next step is missing, check spam/junk and your dashboard, then give support the account reference and the date you completed the stage.
Link to this answer ↗Are funded accounts simulated or live?
MFC evaluation and funded accounts are simulated accounts using real market quotes. MFC is not a broker and does not accept client deposits. A program fee pays for access to the service; it is not money deposited into a brokerage account. Eligible performance rewards are subject to the program rules and review. Paying a fee does not guarantee passing, profit or a payout.

Follow the verification and agreement steps shown in your official dashboard or activation instructions. Submit identity documents only through the approved verification portal, not Crisp chat. Use your own accurate details and follow the portal’s document requirements.
If verification is pending, rejected or a secure link has expired, give support the status/error and a masked account reference. Support must review the actual case; a chatbot cannot approve KYC, change your legal identity or guarantee completion by a particular time.
Link to this answer ↗How do funded rules differ from evaluation rules?
A funded Challenge account has no evaluation profit target, but it still has daily and maximum loss limits, inactivity and prohibited-conduct rules. The 15% consistency rule applies to funded Challenge accounts although it does not apply during their evaluation. Payout conditions and purchased add-ons also matter.
- 1-Step: 10% trailing on highest closed balance; locks at the starting balance after +10% closed profit.
- 2-Step: 10% static from the starting balance.
- Instant Funding: initially 6% of starting balance; tightens to 5% after +5% profit.
- Prediction Markets: 6% trailing on the equity high-water mark; no starting-balance lock.
The daily and maximum limits apply together. The tighter floor is the immediate constraint. Do not treat a drawdown percentage as a recommended position size. See your program page and dashboard for the applicable floor.

When can I request a payout for my program?
- 1-Step funded: first eligible request 7 days after the first trade; subsequent requests every 7 days.
- 2-Step funded: first eligible request 14 days after the first trade; subsequent requests every 14 days.
- Instant Funding: first eligible request 14 days after the first trade; later requests weekly with a qualifying trade in the cycle.
- Prediction Markets funded: initial eligibility after 7 days; subsequent requests every 7 days, subject to its separate payout conditions.
An eligibility interval is not a payment-processing guarantee. Older accounts and purchased add-ons may differ. Check the next eligible date and requirements in your dashboard before submitting.
For current 1-Step, Scale Up and Instant Funding accounts, the published maximum is $5,000 per payout cycle, subject to applicable terms. Prediction Markets has separate minimum and full-withdrawal requirements; see its dedicated rules. Request rewards through the official dashboard, not a payment link supplied in an unsolicited message.
Link to this answer ↗How can a payout affect my drawdown cushion?
A payout reduces funds available in the account. Do not assume daily or maximum floors reset or move down when money is withdrawn. Check the displayed post-payout limits and leave room for open risk, fees and other adjustments. Ask support to confirm the effect for your specific account if the dashboard does not make it clear.
A payout schedule tells you when you may request a review; eligibility also depends on the program rules, consistency where applicable, verification and the requested method.
Link to this answer ↗How is payout eligibility different from processing time?
Eligibility is when you can submit a request under the program’s timing and trading rules. Processing is the review and payment work after submission. An eligible date, positive account profit or submitted request is not confirmation that a payout has been approved or delivered. Use the actual status shown in your dashboard.
Link to this answer ↗My payout is pending or rejected. What should I do?
Read the dashboard status and any action requested by the team. Check whether verification, agreement or payment-method information is incomplete. Send support the masked account reference, request reference/date and exact status. Ask what remains outstanding and whether you need to act.
Do not resubmit repeatedly or assume that an AI answer can approve, accelerate or reverse a payout decision. Never pay an unsolicited “release fee” or share credentials.
Link to this answer ↗Are payout methods, fees and exchange rates the same for everyone?
Use the methods offered in your official payout flow. Availability and the information required can differ by account, region and method. Check any displayed fees, currency conversion and recipient details before confirming. Do not assume a method listed in an old article is available for your request.
Link to this answer ↗Why is my affiliate commission different from a trading payout?
Affiliate commissions relate to referred purchases; trader rewards relate to eligible trading performance. They use different records and review conditions. For commission questions provide the affiliate/referral reference and period, not only a trading account ID. See promotions and affiliate help.

Can a hard breach remove payout eligibility?
If you have profits in your Funded account at the time of a hard breach you will not receive your performance split as default.
Link to this answer ↗How does the 15% consistency rule affect my funded account?
The 15% consistency rule applies to Instant Funding and funded Challenge accounts, not to the evaluation stage of Challenge accounts. It limits the share of total accumulated profit contributed by a single trading day. Prediction Markets uses its separate Max Profit Per Event rule instead.
Calculation: best profitable day ÷ total accumulated profit × 100. If total profit is $5,000, the largest day must be no more than $750. A $1,000 best day requires at least $6,666.67 total profit to represent no more than 15%, subject to dashboard rounding. Later losses can increase the ratio by reducing total profit. This is a calculation example, not a recommendation to trade more or take extra risk.
Check the dashboard and account terms before requesting a payout. Do not assume the same calculation automatically applies to another program or promotional account.
