Eligibility is a date plus conditions; the Dashboard shows both before you submit.
Identity verification through Didit in the Dashboard must be done before your first payout.
Processing averages 1:46h from request to approval, by bank transfer, e-wallet, crypto or local method.
When you can request
Each program has its own first payout day, cycle and limits per request. The first request counts from your first funded trade.
| Program | First request | Then | Min | Max per request |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-Step Challenge | After 7 days | every 7 days | $50 | $5,000 |
| 2-Step Challenge | After 14 days | every 14 days | $50 | $5,000 |
| Instant Funded | After 14 days | weekly, with a qualifying trade in the cycle | $100 | $5,000 |
| MFC Stocks | After 14 days | every 14 days | $50 | $5,000 |
| Prediction Markets | After 7 days | every 7 days | 2% of the starting balance | $5,000 |
Purchased add-ons and older accounts can differ. The Dashboard shows the next eligible date for your account.
Before you request
- The date. The Dashboard shows the account as eligible.
- Verification. Identity verification (KYC) runs through Didit in your Dashboard and must be complete before a payout. Follow the agreement steps shown there too.
- The amount. Your eligible profit is at least the minimum, and the request is no more than the maximum.
- Consistency. On funded 1-Step and 2-Step accounts and Instant Funded, no single day may make up more than 35% of your profit. MFC Stocks and Prediction Markets apply it at payout as well.
- Prediction Markets only. Close every open position first.
Step by step in the Dashboard
- Sign in to the MyFundedCapital Dashboard and open the funded account.
- Check the next eligible date and that the account shows no open verification step.
- Start a payout request and enter an amount between the minimum and the maximum.
- Choose a method from the official payout flow: bank transfer, e-wallets, crypto or a local method, depending on what is offered for your account and region.
- Check any displayed fees, currency conversion and recipient details before you confirm.
- Submit, then track the request in the Dashboard until it lands.
After you submit
Requests take 1:46h on average from request to approval, measured on recent payouts. Eligibility and processing are different things: an eligible date or a submitted request is not an approval, so read the status in the Dashboard.
If a request is pending or rejected, read the status and any action the team asks for. Then send support the masked account reference, the request reference or date and the exact status. Do not resubmit again and again, and never pay a “release fee” or follow a payment link someone sends you.
A payout reduces the money in the account; do not assume your floors move down with it. On the 1-Step Challenge, 2-Step Challenge and MFC Stocks, the challenge fee comes back with your first approved payout, as set out in your account terms.
Your share of eligible profit depends on the program and add-ons. On the 1-Step Challenge it is 80%, or up to 95% with the split add-on, and the Dashboard shows the split that applies before you confirm.

MyFundedCapital Terminal checklist
Rules as of 17 Oct 2026. Tick each line before your next session.
1. How do you log in to MyFundedCapital Terminal for the first time?
- Two sign-ins: the Dashboard uses your order email; the terminal uses the login shown for each account.
- Nothing to install: it runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox on your computer or your phone.
- Never share a password or a one-time code, not even with support.
2. How do you place an order with a stop loss and take profit?
- Every ticket shows the loss if the stop hits and what each limit would have left after it.
- Fit to limits sets the largest volume that fits; your own risk plan usually calls for less.
- One net position per symbol: no hedging, and Reverse flips a trade in one reviewed order.
3. How do you track your daily loss limit in the terminal?
- The header shows dollars left for the daily and the overall limit; the smaller one is your real room.
- Open losses count: the plan checks equity, not only closed trades.
- A personal daily limit below the plan’s pauses new trades for the rest of the day.
4. How do you use charts and timeframes in MyFundedCapital Terminal?
- Thirteen timeframes, from one minute to one month, on every symbol in the watchlist.
- Drawings are saved, so mark your levels once on the higher timeframe.
- Custom indicators are not supported; the built-in set covers the basics. Expert advisors run only by agreement, so write to support before you use one.
5. How do you request a payout in the MyFundedCapital Dashboard?
- Eligibility is a date plus conditions; the Dashboard shows both before you submit.
- Identity verification through Didit in the Dashboard must be done before your first payout.
- Processing averages 1:46h from request to approval, by bank transfer, e-wallet, crypto or local method.

Questions
Does a payout lower my daily and overall floors?
Do not assume it does. A payout reduces the money in the account, while the floors may not move down with it. Check the limits the Dashboard shows after the payout and leave room for open risk.
Can I request a payout through a link someone sends me?
No. Request payouts only in the official MyFundedCapital Dashboard. Never follow an unsolicited payment link or pay a “release fee”.
