Evaluation: best day up to 40% of total profit. Payout: no day over 35%.
Share = best day ÷ total profit. A later losing day lowers the total and raises the share.
Near the limit, cap your daily profit, not only your daily loss.
Two checks, two moments
MFC Stocks looks at how evenly your profit is spread, twice. In the evaluation, the best-day rule limits your single best day to 40% of your total profit. On the funded account, the consistency rule applies at payout: no single day may make up more than 35% of the profit you cash out.
Both use the same idea. Take your best profitable day, divide it by your total profit, and compare the share with the limit. The point is the same too: a result built on one lucky session is not a repeatable process.
The best-day check in the evaluation
Say your total profit in the evaluation is $2,000. Your best day may then be at most $800. If your best day was larger, you need more total profit until that day falls inside the share.
The quick formula: total profit needed = best day ÷ (40 ÷ 100). A big early day therefore raises the bar for the rest of the evaluation. Before you treat the target as done, check that your best day is inside this share as well.
This is why a calm first week often works better than a big one. A target of 7% reached over several ordinary days passes this check without any extra trading.
The consistency rule at payout
Once funded, the check moves to the payout. Say you request a payout on $1,000 of profit. No single day in that profit may be larger than $350. If one day was $500, the request does not meet the rule yet; more profitable days have to raise the total first.
Look at your daily results in the Dashboard before you plan a request. If one day stands out, plan the next few sessions to add steady, smaller gains rather than another big swing.
Why a later loss can push you over
The share moves with both numbers. Losing days do not count as your best day, but they reduce your total profit, and that raises the share.
| Situation | Best day | Total profit | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| After a good week | $600 | $2,000 | 30% |
| After a $400 losing day | $600 | $1,600 | 37.5% |
Compare each share with 40% in the evaluation or 35% at payout. The same best day can be fine on Monday and too large on Wednesday, without any new big trade.
Practical ways to stay inside
- Keep the same risk per trade every day, so one day cannot dominate by size alone.
- Set a daily profit stop as well as a loss stop. When a day reaches the size of your current best-day allowance, stop opening new trades.
- Track your best day and your total in a journal after every session; the share takes a few seconds to work out.
- After a loss, remember the share has risen, and do not try to win it back in one trade.
None of this asks you to trade more. It asks you to keep your days similar in size, which is also what keeps the daily pause and the trailing floor far away.

1. What are the MFC Stocks challenge rules?
- One phase: a 7% target and at least 3 trading days, then you trade funded.
- The daily pause ends the day, not the account. The max drawdown ends the account.
- Funded: 70% split, first payout on day 14, fee back with payout one.
2. What are the MFC Stocks trading hours and daily cut-off?
- The trading day is fixed: 09:30–16:00 New York time; new entries stop at 15:45 and positions close from 15:50.
- Entries still working at the cut-off are cancelled, and open positions close automatically before the bell.
- Orders set at night trigger only in the session, and a stop entry can fill at the opening price.
3. How do the best day and consistency rules work on MFC Stocks?
- Evaluation: best day up to 40% of total profit. Payout: no day over 35%.
- Share = best day ÷ total profit. A later losing day lowers the total and raises the share.
- Near the limit, cap your daily profit, not only your daily loss.
4. How do you size a position in US stocks?
- Shares = dollar risk ÷ stop per share. Round down, never up.
- The stop sets the risk; the share price sets the notional, and buying power caps it.
- Read the stop-loss line and both limit rooms in the ticket before you send the order.

Questions
Does the best-day limit apply after I am funded?
No. On the funded account the check is the consistency rule at payout: no single day over 35% of the profit you cash out.
Do losing days count toward my best day?
No, only profitable days can be your best day. Losing days still matter, because they reduce your total profit and so raise the share of your best day.
