Performance Marketing Manager
Own paid acquisition for our challenges and Prediction Markets on Meta, Google, TikTok and native, inside strict financial-services ad policies.
What you will do
- Plan, launch and scale campaigns against CAC, ROAS and payback targets
- Run the creative testing loop with design and content
- Keep tracking clean: GA4, server-side tagging and conversion APIs
- Turn landing-page and checkout data into weekly decisions
What you bring
- 3+ years buying traffic for a prop firm, broker, crypto or other regulated fintech product
- A record of scaling spend profitably and keeping ad accounts approved under finance policies
- Fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4
- You know which prop-firm creatives work and why

Social Media & Community Manager
Run our voice on X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Discord. Turn payouts, rules and market moments into posts traders actually read.
What you will do
- Plan and publish a weekly content calendar across social channels
- Grow and moderate the Discord community together with support
- Work with traders and creators on payout stories and live sessions
- Track reach, engagement and sign-ups from social
What you bring
- 2+ years running social for a trading, crypto or fintech brand
- You understand traders and can write in their language without hype
- Short-form video skills or a strong eye for it
- Respect for compliance: no promises of profit

Sales Manager, Traders
Turn interest into funded traders. Work inbound leads from chat, the quiz and demo sign-ups, and help traders choose the program that fits their style.
What you will do
- Qualify and follow up inbound leads by chat, email, WhatsApp and calls
- Help undecided traders pick the right program with clear, rule-based answers, with no pressure and no promises
- Win back traders who stopped at checkout or after a failed evaluation
- Report the objections you hear so product and marketing can fix them
What you bring
- 2+ years in sales at a prop firm, broker or trading-education business
- You explain drawdown, profit split and payout rules without a script
- A CRM habit and results you can show
- English plus Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French or German

Partnerships Manager, Affiliates & IBs
Grow the MFC partner program with educators, streamers, community owners, review sites and introducing brokers.
What you will do
- Find, sign and onboard partners with real trading audiences
- Prepare offers, links and creatives that follow our traffic rules
- Review partner performance and payouts with finance every month
- Turn partner feedback into product and offer improvements
What you bring
- Affiliate, IB or BD experience in prop trading, brokerage or trading education
- A network among trading creators and communities
- Clear negotiation and steady follow-through
- English plus another language is a plus
