Welcome to MFC Technologies LLC FZ! The “Company” provides you (“you” or the “Trader”) with a limited license to use the services (the “Services”) offered by the Company subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (the “Agreement”).
This Agreement is a legally binding contract, and you have a duty to read this Agreement before using the accessing the Services offered by the Company. By using the Services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.
We may update this Agreement. We tell you by email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after that date means you accept the updated Agreement. A change does not alter the rules and payout terms already bound to your existing accounts.
Trader Representations
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, are of sound mind, and that you have the capacity to agree to and uphold the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of a business entity or other third-party, then you represent that you have actual authority to act as an agent of that business entity or third-party, and that you have the right and ability to agree to and bind that third-party or business entity to the terms of this Agreement on its behalf.
You represent that your use of the Services does not violate any law, regulation, ordinance, statute, or treaty that is applicable to individuals or business entities located in the jurisdiction in which you live or operate. You further confirm that you are not prohibited from entering into this Agreement by the terms of any preexisting agreement.
Limited License
The Company provides you with limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, revocable, and royalty-free license to use the Services for its customary and intended purposes. You acknowledge and agree that your limited use of the Services does not entitle you to any license or intellectual property rights to any technology, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of the Company or any third-party contractor thereof. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is limited by the terms of this Agreement, and you expressly agree that you will not use the Services in any manner that is not expressly authorized under the terms of this Agreement. The Company reserves all of its rights not expressly granted through this Agreement.
This license is revocable at any time, and any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved for the Company.
Prohibited Uses
You are expressly prohibited from using the Services to violate any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or treaty, whether local, state, provincial, national, or international, or to violate the rights of a third-party, including, but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
Additionally, you are expressly prohibited from scraping, crawling, framing, posting unauthorized links to, aggregating, hacking, performing denial of service (DOS) attacks on, reverse engineering, or circumventing technological protection measures of the Services or the Company website.
You are also prohibited from using the Services or the Company website to transmit unsolicited commercial emails to third parties or Traders of the Company. While The Company is not responsible for any such content posted by its Traders and does not have the affirmative obligations to monitor such content, it does reserve the right to remove them. You are also prohibited from using any trading practice that this Agreement, the program rules or the Funded Trader Agreement prohibit. Such prohibited trading (“Prohibited Trading”) shall include, but not be limited to:
- Exploiting errors, delays or latency in prices, data feeds or the trading platform
- Utilizing non-public and/or insider information
- Front-running of trades placed elsewhere
- Trading in a way that would not be possible or realistic in a live market, as set out in the program rules
- Scalping: opening and closing positions within a very short time to capture very small price movements, as set out in the program rules
- High-frequency trading: placing, changing or cancelling a large number of orders within a very short time
- Hedging: holding opposite positions in the same or closely correlated instruments at the same time, within one account or across accounts (yours or anyone else’s, with us or with any other firm)
- Utilizing any third-party strategy, off-the-shelf strategy or one marketed to pass challenge accounts
- Copying trades from or to an account that belongs to another person, or letting another person trade your account
- Utilizing one strategy to pass an assessment and then utilizing a different strategy in a funded account, as determined by the Company
- Attempting to arbitrage an assessment account with another account with the Company or any third-party company, as determined by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion.
Expert advisors (EAs) and copying trades between your own MyFundedCapital accounts are allowed, as long as every trade follows this Agreement and the program rules. You remain responsible for every order they place.
If the Company detects that your trading constitutes Prohibited Trading, your participation in the program will be terminated and may include forfeiture of any fees paid to the Company.
Additionally, and before any Trader shall receive a funded account, the trading activity of the Trader under these Terms and Conditions shall be reviewed by the Company to determine whether such trading activity constitutes Prohibited Trading. In the case of Prohibited Trading, the Trader shall not receive a funded account.
Additionally, the Company reserves the right to disallow or block any Trader from participating in the program for any reason, to the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.
Uddannelse
The intent of The Company is to identify individuals with a talent for trading. Our learning pages are general information, not advice. Traders who pass an evaluation receive a simulated funded account under the Funded Trader Agreement. All accounts are simulated: no real capital is allocated to you and no orders reach a market. Performance rewards are paid from eligible simulated profit under the program rules.
Although The Company may provide data, information, and content relating to investment approaches and opportunities to make trades, such data, information and content is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes. The Company does not invite the Trader to take any action based upon any of the information and materials provided on by the Company; you should not construe any such data, information, or content as investment, financial, tax, legal, or other kind of advice.
The Company further does not make any representations that any data, information, and content on the Company website is accurate or complete. You alone will bear the sole responsibility of evaluating the merits and risks associated with using any such data, information, and content. As such, you agree not to hold the Company liable for any possible claims of damages that may arise from any decision that you make based upon the use of data, information, and content on the Company website.
While the Company does not provide you with the opportunity to invest actual currency, the Company wants to make sure you understand the risks involved with traditional investing. You should be aware that the risk of trading and investing is high and substantial. It can work for you as well as against you. It may or may not lead to substantial losses. Additionally, past performance is not indicative of future results.
As such, you should carefully consider whether trading and investing is right for you depending on your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. If you are unsure, you should consult with a financial advisor and/or tax advisor.
Account Creation
In order to register as a Trader, you may be asked to provide personal information, including, but not limited to your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth and a username and password for an account that is unique to you. The information provided is subject to the Company’s privacy policy accessible below.
The account will be personal to You, and You cannot share it with anybody else. You also may not purchase an account on behalf of a third party or have an account purchased for you by a third party. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect that your account has been breached, you must immediately notify The Company.
The starting balances of all your open evaluation and funded accounts can add up to at most USD 400,000. Within that limit you may hold more than one account of the same size.
Purchases, Fees and Refunds
Fees. Prices are shown at checkout in EUR or USD, with any add-ons and promo codes. You pay the full fee at purchase. Prices and availability may change; the price shown at checkout when you buy is the price you pay.
Your account starts immediately. We issue your account to your MyFundedCapital Dashboard as soon as your payment clears, usually within seconds.
No refunds. Fees for programs, add-ons, resets and other services are non-refundable once the account or add-on is available in your Dashboard. This includes when the account breaches a rule, fails, ends for inactivity, or you stop using it. This does not affect:
- the Fee Refund with your first payout (see “Fee Refund with Your First Payout” below);
- a refund for an add-on we cannot apply to your account;
- any right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
Exceptional cases. Refunds are made only in exceptional cases, on request. If something exceptional happened, for example you were charged twice, or a fault on our side stopped you from using the account at all, write to [email protected] and we will review your request. We decide each request individually, and a refund in one case creates no right for anyone else. If we refund a fee, the account is closed and any profit on it is forfeited.
If we cannot issue your account. If your payment clears but we cannot issue the account, for example because of an eligibility or country restriction, we refund the payment in full to the original payment method.
Verification. If our payment provider marks a payment as high risk, we may ask you for documents or information. If you do not provide them within 7 days, we may cancel the order. If the account has not been traded, we refund the payment.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA, UK and Norway). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because your account starts immediately at your request, your right of withdrawal ends once your account is issued to your Dashboard.
Fee Refund with Your First Payout
If you buy a 1-Step Challenge or a 2-Step Challenge on or after 9 October 2026, 15:48 UTC, or an MFC Stocks evaluation, pass it, and receive a funded account, we pay you back the amount you paid for that Challenge order (the “Fee Refund”).
- Amount. The full amount you paid for that Challenge order, including add-ons, after any discount. If you paid in EUR, we pay the same amount converted to the payout currency at the exchange rate our payout provider applies on the payout date.
- When. Together with your first approved payout on that funded account, by the same payout method. The Fee Refund is paid in addition to your payout. It is not part of the profit split and does not count toward the maximum payout per request.
- Conditions. Every payout condition must be met, including identity verification and the signed Funded Trader Agreement. If your first payout request is refused, the Fee Refund comes with your first approved one.
- Once. One Fee Refund per Challenge order. If you passed a Challenge bought with a Reset Offer, we refund the amount you paid for that order. Fees for earlier attempts that did not pass are not refunded.
- Not payable if the account ends for Prohibited Trading, or if any payment for the Challenge was charged back or reversed. It cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything else.
- Not included: Instant Funded and Prediction Markets programs, and Challenges bought before 9 October 2026, 15:48 UTC, unless the product page promised a fee refund when you bought.
MFC Stocks
What you buy. A simulated evaluation account for US stocks and ETFs in the MyFundedCapital Terminal, in the size you choose (USD 10,000 to USD 100,000). Prices come from consolidated US market data. Your orders are simulated: you do not buy or sell shares, you hold no securities, and you receive no dividends or voting rights. Nothing is routed to an exchange or broker.
How you pass. Reach a 7% profit on at least 3 trading days, with no single day above 40% of your total profit, without hitting the maximum loss. You then receive a simulated funded MFC Stocks account.
- Daily pause. If your loss for the trading day reaches 2% of the account size, we close your positions and pause new trades until the next trading day. The account stays active.
- Maximum loss. 5% of the account size, trailing your highest closed balance until the floor reaches the starting balance. Reaching it ends the account.
- Leverage is 2×.
- Trading hours are the regular US session only. Every position is closed automatically before each close, so nothing is held overnight or over a weekend. The Weekend Holding add-on does not apply.
- Funded account. 70% profit split (80% for accounts bought before 14 October 2026), USD 50 to USD 5,000 per payout request, first request 14 days after your first funded trade and then every 14 days, consistency 35%.
Fee refund. Your MFC Stocks fee is refunded with your first approved payout on the funded account that comes from that evaluation, under “Fee Refund with Your First Payout” above.
Full rules. The Stocks rules page in your Dashboard and the rules panel in the Terminal show every rule that applies to your account. The rules bound to your account at issue apply.
Reset Offer
When a 1-Step or 2-Step Challenge account ends because a loss limit was reached, we offer you a new Challenge of the same program and size at 25% off the list price.
- The offer is valid for 7 days from the breach, through a personal single-use code shown in your Dashboard.
- The discount applies to the program fee. Add-ons are charged at their usual rate.
- One offer per ended account. It cannot be combined with other promo codes. It is not available for funded accounts, for accounts closed for Prohibited Trading, or after a chargeback.
- The new Challenge is a new account. The rules in force on the day you buy it apply.
- We may change or end the Reset Offer for future breaches. An offer already shown to you stays valid for its 7 days.
Guidelines
The Company will display the guidelines associated with the Services on the Company’s website and via email, upon becoming a Trader. These guidelines, which may change from time to time in The Company’s sole discretion, are incorporated in whole into this Agreement. The Company makes absolutely no promise, guarantee, or warranty, express or implied, as to any promise to future employment as a trader, monetary payments, or any other type or kind of compensation or award for your performance as a Trader. Performance rewards are paid only under the Funded Trader Agreement and the program rules.
