Where they conflict with the Agreement, including Schedule 1, Schedule 2 and sections 7.2 and 7.17, these Program Terms prevail. They apply to referrals whose qualifying click happens on or after the effective date; earlier referrals are assessed under the terms in force at the time of the click.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<nav class=\"mp-terms__toc\" aria-label=\"Sections\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#commission\">1. Commission<\/a><a href=\"#payment\">2. Hold and payment<\/a><a href=\"#promotion\">3. Permitted promotion<\/a><a href=\"#discounts\">4. Discounts and promotions<\/a><a href=\"#claims\">5. Accurate promotion<\/a><a href=\"#changes\">6. Changes<\/a>\t\t\t\t\t<\/nav>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"mp-terms__section\" id=\"commission\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>1. Commission<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">1.1<\/span><p>The Affiliate earns commission on the first paid order of each New Customer referred through the Affiliate&#039;s tracking link or code. A New Customer is a person with no earlier paid order with MFC.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">1.2<\/span><p>Rates depend on the number of qualifying New Customers the Affiliate refers in a calendar month: Bronze 15% (0\u20139), Silver 18% (10\u201329), Gold 20% (30 or more). A higher tier applies from the qualifying referral that reaches it and remains in place for the following calendar month.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">1.3<\/span><p>Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer, after discounts and excluding taxes.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">1.4<\/span><p>Attribution is to the last affiliate link clicked within 30 days before the purchase. Where a customer uses another affiliate&#039;s code, the code owner receives the credit.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">1.5<\/span><p>No commission is payable on repeat purchases, cancelled, refunded or charged-back orders, self-referrals, or orders placed through the Affiliate&#039;s own account.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">1.6<\/span><p>Individual rates agreed before the effective date remain valid only where confirmed in a written addendum signed by MFC.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"mp-terms__section\" id=\"payment\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>2. Hold and payment<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">2.1<\/span><p>Each commission is held for 14 days after the order is paid.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">2.2<\/span><p>MFC pays available commission monthly, by the 10th day of the month, for commission that became available in the previous month, provided the balance is at least $50. Smaller balances carry forward.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">2.3<\/span><p>Payment is made by PayPal, USDT (TRC20) or bank transfer to the details saved in the Affiliate&#039;s partner profile. The Affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of those details.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">2.4<\/span><p>MFC may withhold commission under review for compliance with section 3 until the review is complete, and may decline commission that does not comply.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"mp-terms__section\" id=\"promotion\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>3. Permitted promotion<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">3.1<\/span><p>The Affiliate may promote MFC without prior approval through channels it owns or operates (websites, social accounts, video channels, communities, email lists of consenting subscribers), through search advertising on generic keywords that do not contain MFC brand terms, and through paid social advertising targeted by interests.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">3.2<\/span><p>The Affiliate must not: (a) bid on, target or use in ads the terms &quot;MyFundedCapital&quot;, &quot;MFC&quot;, misspellings or any keyword containing them; (b) advertise on coupon, promo code, discount, login or other navigational searches relating to MFC; (c) display myfundedcapital.com as the visible URL of an ad, or present an ad or page as if published by MFC; (d) list MFC codes on coupon or deal sites; (e) register or use confusingly similar domains, accounts or pages; (f) use cookie stuffing, forced or incentivised clicks.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">3.3<\/span><p>Affiliates running search advertising must add MFC brand terms as negative keywords and, on request, provide native Search Terms and campaign reports exported directly from the advertising platform.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">3.4<\/span><p>Commission generated in breach of this section is not payable. Repeated or continued breach after notice entitles MFC to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"mp-terms__section\" id=\"discounts\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>4. Discounts and promotions<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">4.1<\/span><p>Commission remains payable where the customer used the Affiliate&#039;s own link discount or code, or a site-wide MFC promotion, calculated as set out in section 1.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">4.2<\/span><p>Commission is not payable where the customer used a code belonging to another affiliate or a code distributed on a coupon or deal site.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"mp-terms__section\" id=\"claims\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>5. Accurate promotion<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">5.1<\/span><p>MyFundedCapital provides simulated trading evaluations. Accounts are not live brokerage accounts, and past results do not guarantee future performance. The Affiliate must not describe MFC accounts as live brokerage accounts, promise income or guarantee a pass, and must disclose the affiliate relationship where it promotes MFC.<\/p><\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"mp-terms__section\" id=\"changes\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>6. Changes<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li><span class=\"mp-terms__num\">6.1<\/span><p>MFC may update these Program Terms with at least 14 days&#039; notice in the partner portal. Continued promotion after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
